The Fine Print

1. Submissions will be read by a team of judges.


2. CEHPL reserves the right to publish and/or use for promotional purposes any or all submissions along with the author’s name, age & photo.


3. Winners will be notified by phone or email the week of April 23, 2012.


4. Winners will be announced at an awards ceremony held at the Truro Branch of the CEHPL on Saturday, May 5, 2012.


5. All participants are encouraged to attend the awards ceremony.


6. The judges reserve the right to withhold prizes should entries not meet publishing standards.


7. The judges' decisions are final.


8. Submissions become the property of CEHPL and will not be returned.
