The contest was open to any teen with a Colchester-East Hants Public Library card and attracted 19 entries representing 12 local communities: Bass River (1), Debert (1), East Mountain (1), Enfield (1), Lantz (1), Milford Station (1), North River (1), Tatamagouche (3), Truro (5), Upper Stewiacke (2), Valley (1), Wentworth (1).
