The theme for 2009 was “The World as I See It”
The contest was open to any teen with a Colchester-East Hants Public Library card and attracted 17 entries representing 9 local communities: Bass River (1), Belnan (1), Elmsdale (3), Enfield (3), Five Islands (1), Shubenacadie (1), Tatamagouche (2), Truro (4), Upper Stewiacke (1).
