HOME READER SERVICE

The Truro Branch provides delivery of library materials to the homes of area residents who are not 
able to come to the Library due to physical restraints or disabilities. Eligibility includes those with 
temporary as well as permanent disability.

Continuing Care Facilities

The Colchester-East Hants Public Library also provides delivery of library materials to a
number of senior's homes in the area. Materials are chosen by staff and delivered on a monthly basis.

Delivery to Allison Place and Townsview Estates on the mornings of the following dates (Monday mornings):
Aug. 8, Aug. 29, Sept. 19, Oct. 17, Nov. 7, Nov. 28, Dec. 19

Delivery to Bayview Manor, Brentwood Ponds, Cobequid Bay Manor, Debert Court, MacCaull Villa, The Meadows,
Riverview Apts and Sunrise Crest on the mornings of the following dates (Friday mornings):
Jan. 13, Feb. 10, Mar. 9, Apr. 13, May 11, June 8
