Empower teens with our Wellness & Self-Care program! Focused on mental health, stress management, healthy habits, and self-confidence, this program teaches practical tools to help teens navigate challenges and build a balanced, positive lifestyle. It’s all about learning to take care of mind, body, and soul while having fun! Delivered by Canadian Mental Health Association
