Celebrate 75 Years with Your Library

It’s Colchester-East Hants Public Library’s diamond jubilee and we’re having a party! Join us at the Tatamagouche Library as we celebrate 75 years of books, technology, and community. There will be cake, door prizes, entertainment, and more!

Our musical guest is Mary Beth Carty, winner of the 2024 Canadian Folk Music Award for Traditional Singer of the Year. She performs original and ancient music rooted in the rich traditions of her Nova Scotian home. Born in Antigonish County, she blends the sounds of her Gaelic heritage with multicultural influences, soulfully accompanying herself on accordion, guitar, and wooden rhythm bones.
