Chefs in Training: Power Up Your Morning

Power up your morning with a tasty, easy, no bake treat! We provide all the ingredients, and tools, just bring your appetite. Using oats, honey, and some different nut butters, as well as lots of sweet add ins like dried fruits and chocolates, this program will show you how to put together a quick breakfast or snack while explaining the importance of providing our bodies with the power they need! For ages 4-9 , 2:00-2:30, and 9-14, 3:00-3:30
