Workers from the Truro Housing Outreach Society will be at the library to offer housing and outreach support services for folks experiencing homelessness and/or housing insecurity. This can include access to survival supplies, client case management and care plans, assistance with rental and subsidy applications, sending paperwork to agencies, and interfacing with landlords. Inclusive Tween Drop-In with Schools Plus
Stop by the Teen Room every Thursday afternoon starting April 9 to play games, eat snacks, and hang out. This inclusive drop-in is in partnership with Schools Plus. Parent Navigator Marcia Gamble will be on hand to support parents as needed, as well as Schools Plus outreach workers. For ages 10-14
